Appoint James Manning, Jr. to Budget Committee Position 1 for a 3-year term. The Board discussed whether applicants for the Budget Committee could be appointed to Positions 2 and 5 at tonight's Board meeting. In order to do so, it would be necessary for the Board to modify the process for appointing Budget Committee members
