Approve the award of an Energy Savings Performance Contract/Phase 2 Design and Construction Contract to Ameresco, Inc. Superintendent Parra stated that this work will satisfy the 5% of bond work that needs to be completed within a specific time period. Bond Project Manager Pat Bradshaw answered questions from the Board and expressed that this work will greatly benefit District buildings
