Adopt the District Strategic Plan. Vice Chair Zygaitis commented on the community engagement and thoughtfulness that went into the District Strategic Plan. The Board recognized Director Espinoza's participation as a Board liaison on the Strategic Plan Steering Committee and expressed overall positive feedback on the District Strategic Plan and the earlier presentation by Ms. Case and Ms. Adler
