Authorize an Enterprise Zone - School Support Fee of 15%. This fee will apply only to years 4 and 5 for a 5-year extended agreement to the Enterprise Zone. The Board clarified that this is the lowest possible percentage for the Enterprise Zone - School Support Fee and is in collaboration with Eugene 4J and Springfield Public Schools
