Oppose amending the Oregon School Boards Association's bylaws relating to composition of the Board of Directors. The Board discussed that the potential amendment to the OSBA bylaws could make it easier for non-elected members to join the board of directors and eventually take on leadership roles and expressed concern that this could lead to a non-representative form of governance
