Oppose amending the OSBA 2023 bylaws. Director Farr reviewed the OSBA resolution documents, and the Board discussed their stance on Resolution Nos. 23 and 24. While they support the creation of a PRIDE Caucus, they raised concerns about other elements of the resolutions. Issues included unclear funding for the PRIDE Caucus and lack of clarity regarding its purpose and mission statement
