Approve the 2025-2026 Committee Assignments, as presented. Director Charles clarified that he is not a voting member of the District Equity Committee. He participates in the committee as an advisor and in a liaison role on behalf of the Board. The Board agreed that, going forward, the committee type will be listed on the annual Committee Assignments document
