COUNTY ADMINISTRATION
| Motion | Move to direct the County Administrator to work with the City and Court to investigate the following possibilities: 1. A new City Hall on the butterfly lot and a Courthouse on the full City Hall block. 2. Phase I of a new City Hall as currently planned and a wraparound Courthouse. 3. Other options that may arise; factors to consider include but are not limited to, parking, phase II and the farmers market. The joint work with the City and the Court shall be completed by November 15, 2016. This motion is contingent on the County agreeing to: 1. Obtain the judicial declaration that removes any legal question about the deed restriction prohibiting City Hall on the butterfly lot. 2. An arrangement acceptable to the City Manager whereby the County assists the City in funding the analysis needed to evaluate the above options in this motion. |
