Motion	Commissioner Bozievich motioned to table work session on 9/13 concerning initiative process to an undetermined date in the future due to pending litigation and a desire not to look like the board is doing something purely because of other initiatives. – no second. Commissioner Sorenson motioned to not have a work session on 9/13 or any time within the next 6 months on the topic of changing Lane County’s initiative process. Legal staff and Mr. Mokrohisky were directed to Mr. Gary and Ms. Kneeland.
