| Motion | Commissioner Stewart motioned to add Homelessness and Housing assistance into the Tier 1 priorities for Lane County Legislative agenda. Commissioner Leiken seconded. Passed 5-0. An additional motion was made by Commissioner Stewart to adopt the positions on individual bills. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Leiken. Passed 5-0. Commissioner Stewart requested that we look at SB 202 and SB 840 re: right of ways and franchise agreements. Requested this comes back to legislative committee. |
