| Motion | Staff is to do a speculative study on the possible cost reductions in flood insurance premium costs based on going from a rating of 7 to 1. Report what we would have to do to strengthen our code to achieve this. Do not prohibit replacing dwellings in the, floodplain. Do not stop the replacement of those dwellings. But to have no dwellings, but development, in the floodway. Reversing the prior motion. Setting a 4th reading on 20-08 and leaving the record open. 4th reading 11/10/2020. |
