| Motion | Motion to continue the hearing and re-open the record for the limited purpose of admitting limited additional testimony under Lane Code 14.080.5(c)(ii) in the form of proposed findings related to Policy 11 and its interpretation based on the pre-2021 position that policy 11 does not apply to forest template dwellings, which findings shall be limited to arguments that are already in the record. The Parties shall submit any proposed findings in writing by email to Shawna Adams, Senior Planner, at [email protected] by November 5, 2024, at which time the record shall close. |
