| Motion | Move to leave the record open for a period of 20 day from today, until 4:00 p.m. on November 4th, for any party to submit evidence or argument related to any relevant approval criterion. Then provide a second open record period of an additional 20 days, until 4:00 p.m. on November 25th, for any party to provide evidence or argument in response to any evidence or argument submitted during the first open record period. The record will remain open for an additional 7 days, until December 2nd, for the applicant only to provide final rebuttal, no new evidence will be allowed. The Board will reconvene for a continued hearing as soon as possible in January 2025. |
