| Motion | Motion: Move to reverse the Hearings Official’s decisions and to revise Board Order Nos. 24-03-19-04, 24-03-19- 05, and 24-03-19-06 to conditionally approve the proposals based on the Board’s interpretation that Policy 11 does not apply to forest template dwelling proposals as been given in the findings of October 17, 2024, and based on the Hearings Official’s conclusions regarding the remaining applicable template dwelling criteria. Direct the applicant’s agent and staff to work together to draft findings of fact and conditions of approval that reflect the Board’s decision. Direct staff to return to the Board with revised Orders containing appropriate conditions of approval and findings of fact in support of the Orders for consideration and final action by the Board on a date to be determined. |
