14 But we still don't have Bob here, right? I was just going to mention that, yeah. I just texted him a minute ago and said, "Any issues?" Yes, he's having issues getting on the webinar. I've, in the past, in other board meetings, have had one of the board members had him on speaker. Would that work for you guys if I called him, put him on my speaker? Sure, that works. Unless they're-- Ideally, there'd be a way to get him online. I don't mind waiting a couple of minutes. Okay, I'm going to call- I'll send him a better link. Okay. You're going to send him the link? Okay. Well, yeah, because I find navigating where the link is to be a bit on the... There's barriers to it.
06 All right. So I'll stay on the line just in case. Okay. Okay. All right, so Brian sent him a link as well. He's going to try that. Okay. And I'm staying on the line until he gets on. We don't do enough of these online meetings to have the technology down or board member access.
53 Definitely, I think I was lucky on hitting the right tab. The first time I did this in my previous district, someone Zoom bombed in and started cussing, and it was awful. So we don't have that, which is good. That's a win for me. Well, I want my fellow board members to be on their best behavior with that in mind. Hmm. Yeah, I found I have to go to the calendar,
38 click on a link that gets me to open a page where I have to download the invite that has the Zoom link. It's the weird way I have to- Yeah. I find it challenging to get on there. I still don't see- Okay, he's still having some issues. So I've got him on speakerphone here. Bob, do you want to say anything? Do I? No, I'm- Okay ... still trying. Yeah. Okay, just as long as you're here, Bob, and feeling comfortable.
27 Yes. Thank you. Okay. So with that, I'm going to go ahead and call the meeting to order of the Springfield Board of Education special meeting for July 13th, 2026. It's 5:03. And for those of you who may be attending online, I apologize for the delay. We're trying to get one of our board members the link in. So everybody is present. Bob Brew is going to be attending via speakerphone. Okay? Are we good to go? Good to go. I'm getting a- Yeah, I'm working on that. Okay. So, please stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
20 I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Thank you. I've been honored with the responsibility for the land acknowledgement. So we, the Springfield School District, acknowledge that we are in the traditional homeland of the Kalapuya people, specifically the community that was known as Chippen, the area that we now call Springfield. Kalapuya people who have lived in the region since time immemorial were illegally dispossessed of their land and forcibly removed to what are now the Grand Ronde and Siletz reservations over several years, but most
08 notably in treaties between 1851 and 1855. The Kalapuya are now members of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde and the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians. Members of the Kalapuya still live, work, study, and thrive in this area and continue to make important contributions here in Springfield, across the land we now refer to as Oregon, and around the globe. This information is shared out of a responsibility to prevent the erasure of Native culture, heritage, and people, and to ensure a quality contemporary education for future generations. All right, so this is a
55 single issue before us for agenda item two, the action item, the declaration of a board vacancy Resolution 26-27.002. I'll go ahead and read the relevant data. Nicole DeGraff, the duly elected representative of Position 4 on the Springfield Public Schools Board of Directors, resigns effective immediately. Board policy BBC, Board Member Resignation, outlines the process for accepting resignations and declaring vacancies of the board, announce the resignation, and declare the vacancy at a board meeting. So it is the recommendation that the board of directors declare a
43 vacancy for Position 4, effective immediately. And that was submitted and recommended by Shawn Stover, interim superintendent. I will move approval of the resolution. I'll second. Moved by Director Cole, seconded by Director Langworthy. So, comments, discussion, questions? So, I think it would be good to lay out the process and what has transpired here and how we got to this point, and so that we have the basis for a decision on this. Okay. Yeah.
28 I'll be happy to, if that's okay, Director Light, I'll be happy to review that. Absolutely. So, I believe it was on the 22nd, Ms. DeGraff emailed me and said that she had resigned from the board. I forwarded that email to the full board on the 23rd, and Chair Light followed up with an email saying it was his understanding that she had resigned and asked her to put in writing that resignation. We did not hear back from her, so we again emailed her on July 2nd after consulting our attorney,
14 Brian Hungerford, and asked her to reply. She did not, so on the basis of her resignation to me and the attempts that were sent to both her personal and her Springfield email, it is my advice, along with the recommendation of our attorney, that we can proceed with declaring the vacancy. The evidence that what we have meets the standard. Thank you. Okay. Additional information was that on May 26th, Nicole sent a formal resignation via email
00 to our former acting superintendent, to the board, and to Marty, stating her resignation effective date of June 30th. According to board policy, anybody who resigns is allowed a three-day grace period. On May 29th in the morning, she rescinded her resignation. That was only sent to our acting superintendent, to Marty, and to myself, I believe. So, since that was the last communication then, was looking for clarification. According to policy,
46 let me find this here, BBC, which is a Springfield board policy, it clearly states the resignation must be made in writing. And so that was the piece of information that I had not received, nor I don't believe anybody in the district had. And so although the initial resignation got a lot of coverage, the rescind did not. And, so the emails that were sent on 6/24 from me and then again on 7/2 was seeking clarification so that we could move forward.
36 Anything- Yeah. Oh, thanks, Bob. Yeah. So chronologically, she resigned at a meeting, then sent a letter to you saying she resigned. Three days later, she rescinded. Then when Superintendent Stover reached out, she responded with she had resigned. And so you had reached out to her previous to that letter and also after that letter. So just to put it chronologically. Correct. Okay. And in the interim, we also contacted legal counsel to ensure that we were following
21 Our policy and state law, state statutes. Okay. Any other questions or points of clarification? Okay, I'm going to go ahead and call for the vote. I'm going to do a roll call vote. So Director Brew? Aye. Director Langworthy? Aye. Director Cole? Aye. And Director Light is also an aye, so motion carries four to zero. So then the next item on the agenda, and is now that we've declared the vacancy, we need to
06 establish the timeline for the replacement. And I think, Brian, are you going to offer some information in that regard? Yeah, correct. I'm going to share my screen here. All right, so the item before you, this is Brian Richardson, Director of Communications here. So last week, we sent you some options regarding appointments and timelines, and those are all in line with board policy BBE. Those five proposals, and we can go through them one by one if you'd like. I'm not sure if you had a chance to look at
53 them. But those five proposals, they really differ in three specific ways. The first is the length of the application period, the timing of interviews and appointment, and whether interviews occur during a special meeting or a regularly scheduled board meeting. The first two proposals here, and I'll advance these. And actually, I do want to back up and say that this position, position four, so whomever is selected, whenever that happens, the person will be filling this seat until June 30th of 2027 because this seat is up for re-election next year of 2027. So this seat, whoever's appointed, will end up filling this until June
40 30th of 2027. And per policy BBE, the appointee must be a legally registered voter and a resident within the district for one year immediately preceding the appointment. So if we jump into the actual timelines here. So this is the first one, and really, this is the one-week recruitment and appointment. The first two are really based around the August 5th board retreat, making sure that we're giving space and time and giving that process time to work before the August 5th meeting. So you can see that this one is really built around the 21st, is when that application period will close. All of the timeline
25 options tonight will open tomorrow, and then it just depends on when they close. So tomorrow, the first one closes on the 21st. Then you have an option to review July 27th special meeting. And you can vote on that, select that candidate, and then administer the oath of office. Vacancy proposal two here has the 28th as when that date would be, so it gives a little bit more time. You have that weekend, essentially, then you have a weekend to review. You would then interview the candidates on August 3rd. Again, that is in time for the August 5th board retreat. The third one here, third option.
12 So again, this timeline would remain open, the application period, until August 5th. Then the board would have an opportunity to review those applications August 10th regular meeting. Whether you do an interview at the regular meeting or have a special meeting beforehand, that's up to the board. But just wanted to leave that space. The next option here proposal, again, closes that one on August 14th and utilizes the August 24th work session as when the board would conduct the interview, select the candidate, and administer the oath of office. And the last two, you're going to have to then redo, reschedule your board retreat. So figure out when that would be. So with timeline three, four, and five, it's all contingent
59 on rescheduling your board retreat. And then the longest, the maximum recruitment timeline here that opens up that application period until September 8th and utilizes your September 14th regular board meeting to conduct interviews, select the candidate, administer the oath of office. And then again, that board retreat would have to happen at some point after that. After we pieced together all of these different proposals, a board member then provided two additional proposals. Those proposals are much more similar with the accelerated timelines but maintain that August 5th retreat. And I put those as well here. So this is the additional proposal. Again, it really all hinges on
47 when the date of the application period closing. So this one would be the 24th. And then give a shortened timeline for folks to go ahead and review the applications. Again, July 27th meeting. And the following proposal to, again, August 3rd special meeting with application closing on July 31st. So those are the from five to seven proposals. If you have any questions, please let me know, and I can jump around to the different proposals if you'd like to talk through them further.
32 So, I guess I would really like to keep our retreat date. There's a lot of work that's gone into that. So I would like to talk, I guess, here about the additional proposal too. The difference is how much time, in essence, that we would give a couple extra days for applications, and so that means there'd be a couple less days for the board to review the applications. Is that the main difference between those two? Correct. Yeah. I'll go ahead and respond to that since it was my proposal. Yeah, it gives us a 10-day window for applications and although if... I think there's a lot of knowledge about and/or some
20 interest in filling that open position, so I'm not sure it needs the extended timeframe of another week. So I think that the 10-day period will be enough time for candidates to get their information in. It would mean then that we have a special meeting on the 27th. I can't speak for other board members, but I've basically blocked out that weekend to review the applications and would come prepared on the 27th to interview and make the decision. Brian- So- Brian, can you go back to proposal one? The first one or the additional one?
05 Oh, the additional proposal one. Excuse me. I'm sorry. Yeah. No, you're good. Yeah. Thank you. Oh. Yeah, the only difference is that additional two, three days for applications. And Fridays are typically used as sort of a bookend for many processes, so I think people are used to that. It gives them till noon on Friday, and that's to allow enough time to get the information sent to the board later that day.
54 I- I see Director Bruce. Yeah. So from my perspective, I'm indifferent between original option one and revised option one. I didn't like option two just because it... So let me start. I didn't like the longer term ones, three, four, five. Option two seemed like it was basically we're making a decision on the 3rd, and then we have to come back on the 5th for the retreat. It doesn't give the candidate much time to get ready to
40 take that day. And also, when I applied, which wasn't too long ago, we had 14 candidates. And so I'm sure that was a long meeting for the board, and to try and then turn around and have an all-day retreat two days later seemed a stretch. So my initial thoughts would be the original option one I think is sufficient, but I would not object to revised option one either. But those would be my preferences, and I could be talked into other things probably, but that's my initial hit. And responding to you, Bob,
27 not on the list, but the option one or option one modified, both allow time to orient the candidate or the appointee, I should say, in that week so that they're not coming into the retreat, again, sort of have a couple of days, weekend, to mull things over, do the research, do the homework. The district then can help get them up to speed and make the retreat more effective for the new appointee. And just one other thought. It might be wise if we're doing the... We might want to add a question on the application that if you're selected, could you
13 attend the retreat on the 5th? Because I think that would be important. Yeah. Good point. I think that's a fair question, but I wouldn't want to select a candidate just based on whether or not they could attend the retreat. I think it's more important to get the best candidate we can and realize that it may not be able to, on short notice, make the retreat. It'd be great if they can, but I want to make sure we get the best candidate we can. And to that end, with that in mind, I'm flexible on the retreat date. It's just that I agree with you, Ken, that we have it established, so I think it would be easiest if it works for whoever we end up choosing.
59 What I would like for a new board member is to be able to have the retreat before our first board meeting, that is on August 10th. So I too am flexible on that retreat time, date, as long as we have it before the board meeting. I'm with Bob. I'm not a fan of the, what is it? The timeline three, four, five. I like one and I like additional option two.
44 So I could go either way. So my- When you- I would lean towards option two, but we could certainly make as part of the materials, let them know that the retreat is planned. I'm nervous about postponing the retreat and trying to balance just the five board member schedules, plus staff and facilities and everything else that goes into scheduling that. There's no telling when we could make that happen again. So, if we have a date, I'd sure like to keep that and keep that momentum. That's why I think it would be good to have the question, or it doesn't have to
29 necessarily be a question. It could be information provided with the application. Yes. Because ideally, I think it would be great to have all five board members there. And just for clarification, are we calling as an option two the one where we just have an extended application window? All things being the same, open tomorrow, close on the 24th versus the 21st. The dates are all the same on those. Yeah. I just want to make sure we're talking about the same thing. The 24th, that's option one, right? That's proposal one. Proposal one is closing on the 21st.
16 Right. Yeah. Then there was the alternate, and that closes- On the 24th ... so proposal two closes on the 28th and/or the 31st if you go with the alternate. I would lean towards proposal two, not the alternate. I think providing two weeks for people to get in their applications and then making the decision. If we're letting folks know upfront that ideally if the successful candidate, we'd like them to attend the retreat, they'll know going in and
02 ... May I make a suggestion? Certainly. I would be very wary of including any language that says there's a retreat. I think we can put on there is a planned board retreat, and ideally, we would like to have whoever's selected be there, right? Yeah. And I know that's a real subtle difference between those two, but I think it's an important one. Yeah. Because we don't want anything that seems that if you can't be on the retreat, you're not going to be on the board. Yes. Right. And so I would just put it as an information. And then, I, as the superintendent, like more either scenario seven or 2A or 2,
49 and the reason being is a lot of our staff and all of our principals, except for our high school principals, are on vacation during the month of July. That's the time when we have folks out, and I do know two important people in this process will be on vacation next week. So to process things and get them to you without having them work on vacation, scenario two or scenario two for Director Light's scenario, either one I think would work for us. The delta there, and I'm going to be very clear, is that gives you guys less time. What I think we could do, and I'll have to see if that's okay, I'll have to do some checking, we could try to get them to you
37 as we get them, right? If we can work that out, and then maybe that doesn't inundate you and you have more time to look at them. I'll have to make sure I'm not talking out of school here, that that's something we can do. But if we can do that, I think that's a great compromise, too, because it doesn't give you such a tight timeline, but gives us enough time to prepare for these meetings. Speaking for myself, either three-day window works. I think I can commit to that. The reason I favor option one or proposal one is it allows more time for the onboarding of the new appointee. Option two accelerates that and again, puts us
25 into the situation where we're interviewing, and then we go right into the retreat, and that's a fire hose maximum. So again, just having a little more relaxed time. There's nothing with the onboarding itself that can't flex, but I'm concerned about the amount of knowledge for the new person coming in and allowing more time. And the way I've liked to do onboarding in the past is we introduce it, and then we schedule. We do a very brief of the top things that board members need to know, and then we go ahead and schedule extra time that work for them. And I almost think you need at least
10 a six-month window of onboarding because as- Oh, yeah ... said, Director Light, it's too much for any person to retain at one time. And so, yeah. I think so the onboarding, I would also say those are dates in which we have put for onboarding, but we can be flexible. Again, not saying that we don't want to give any indication that Your selection on this is based on availability of three dates. We're just, hey, for your information, we have it planned, but we can certainly, at our level, we can certainly schedule the onboarding whenever it's convenient for
57 the new board member. Well, I'd probably ask for wisdom from our two newer board members, Bob and Amber, as far as how their process, and if you were a new board member coming in, what would work for a new board member? Do you want to go ahead, Amber? I know that when I asked for an onboarding in July, I didn't receive my onboarding until after the first board meeting, and it was just a packet essentially. It really left me
42 in the unknown of how to handle a board meeting. So I had wished I had more time, and someone had sat with me. Six months, I'm wowed over that. I really am. I'm wowed over that. So again, I would really like the person to be able to have enough time to understand how a board meeting runs, a retreat, just what it means to be a board member. I think it would be very valuable for them to have as much time as they possibly could. Yeah, I'll pause it there. Go ahead, Bob. Yeah, so I can't really say whether my
30 onboarding, if you could call it that, was typical or not. I met with Jonathan. I met with Jody Amar briefly. And I think one of the things that's the most critical is that they have enough time to read the board handbook- Mm-hmm ... before much else goes on. I appreciate the idea of a six-month onboarding period, but they're up for election in 10 months after. And so, yeah. So, I think onboarding is going to be an ongoing process. Because there's certainly a lot that I don't know, and
16 I'm sure there's a lot that Amber feels she doesn't know yet. And so, I think that it's an ongoing process, but just kind of understanding the nuts and the bolts, I think, whether it's the handbook and a couple of hours, would be helpful, I think. Yeah. Well, I certainly don't want to dissuade anybody that is using this to consider coming on board because nobody wants to do six months. What I'm saying is we allow at least a timeline to ask follow-ups. So the way I've done it before is meeting with each department, and I limit the departments. I'm like, "Here's a big preview, and you can schedule a time with us if you're interested to get more follow-up information."
02 Mm-hmm. Yeah. So we try that, and we try to do it on two different days because the same thing, so people aren't inundated with information. What we want to do is give them a preview, kind of a sneak peek, and then let them choose their own adventure after that based on what resonates with them. That's kind of how- Yes ... I do that. Not that it's going to be you're going to get every week for six months, you're going to have to come talk to us, because I wouldn't want to do that if I were you all. So, yeah. That's what I was offering. No, that's brilliant, and I certainly haven't had that. I'm sure Amber hasn't had that. I can't speak for Director Light or Director Cole, but so that would be very illuminating. But anyway, that's my
48 perspective. Yeah. And so this is a question about, we had 13 candidates at the last 14 at the last one, including me. Do we want to send them an email saying there's this opening? Or do we just want to hope that they hear about it through the grapevine? So I would just point out, we've done this too often recently, but the time before that, we had a similar number of candidates. And I don't believe we had any repeat candidates- Okay ... either time,
34 for what it's worth. I think, yeah. We could certainly contact them, or if we know of people that we think- Again, I would just be careful doing things that were not done before for this one. Yeah. So if you did not send emails to certain people previously, I would highly recommend not to do that this time as well. Okay. Well, but given what Director Cole just said, I don't know that giving an extra week so we would get more candidates if we've had presumptively 28 in the last
21 two and I know when I interviewed, there were three tie votes before I was selected. So obviously, there's some great people already in the pipeline. But again, I'm flexible. It looks like Brian has something to- Yeah, I just want to throw it out there that I think part of this is us doing our job is making sure that we're getting the word out, right? So people, we're going to send news releases, we're going to send messages to our families. There'll be a post on the website, right? We'll do this on social media. That's how people, or at least that's how we work to make sure that people know about it. My big caution will be here, just remember the timeframe that we're in. Right? So we have district staff taking vacation, but just like district
06 staff, there are people in the community who are also taking vacation, and so the shorter timeframe as well, right, when we're trying to think about that too, is the shorter time that people have the opportunity to see and hear and react to this as well. So that's just another thing to put in the equation here when you're thinking about which proposal do you want to look at. Because there could be people who are out for this entire first week, week and a half. I really don't know. But we will do our diligence when it comes to communications and making sure that we're utilizing the channels that we have to share this with our community. Thank you, Brian. So any other comments or questions? Does somebody want to put forward a leaning?
51 I favor option one or option six, is it? Which is just the longer application window. But... So they're listed as proposal one, two, three, four, and five, and then we have proposal one alternate and proposal two alternate. Hmm. I'm leaning towards proposal two as the one I would advocate for. I'm leaning towards the alternative proposal two. That's the one where people have to have it in by the 24th. Oh, I'm sorry, additional number. Let's see. Sorry.
42 So the deadlines for alternate one are, the application deadline is Friday the 24th at noon, and then alternate two is the 31st, so at noon. And then on our proposal to the one that the team put together has the application deadline on the 28th at noon. So we're really looking at the-- what I've heard so far are three dates. The 24th at noon, the 28th at
29 noon, or the 31st at noon. And because, again, as I stated, there's enough interest out there that I don't think we need the longer windows, and I'd rather make the appointment sooner rather than later. Amber, I think the floor is yours. Yeah. I'm really on for the 24th. I would prefer that. Yeah.
15 I would prefer either the 21st or the 24th. I'm between those two. I would really love a longer runway, but seeing how the first board meeting is August 10th, I feel this might be, for me, looking at it, might be the best. So I guess I'd point out what I hear is, though, that may be challenging for staff to get that out in time. And I think having the due date of the 28th
00 may ease that a little bit and... I even think the 24th would be okay. Yeah. I think the 21st is going to be tight, and that is only having the application out a week. And I think I expressed concern that having it a week, I think having that extra weekend just because of what Brian said as well. It's not only vacations, it's other people taking vacations as well. Right. So I think I'm very worried about the 21st being the deadline. I'm less worried as we go on down, right? 24th, 28th, 31st, those are all for me. And we can explore, and if we can, we will send you applications as we've gotten them so that board members...
46 As we get them, not as we've gotten them. As we get them, so that you'll have more time. That would be helpful. Yeah, I can get behind the 24th. So I like the 24th as well. It's kind of a happy medium. It gives people a little bit longer. Hopefully, the people that have applied, it's fairly easy to just update and resend from previous applications. I know that's what I did. So it's good because I think if we waited till the 3rd to make a decision, the odds of somebody being able to come to the retreat are much lower because that doesn't give them much of a lead time to make babysitter plans or whatever they need to do.
34 So I think that first alternative, it's a happy medium because it gives them some time to onboard before the retreat and also makes it more likely that they'll be able to make the retreat, but it gives people a little longer window to apply. So yeah, I'm happy with that. Okay. Brian, it seems like we have a leaning here. Could you restate the schedule just so that everyone is clear as far as what that's going to look like? So applications, I think we're agreed, are going to open
19 tomorrow. Yeah. So if we're going with additional proposal one, which it sounds like what you're looking at here, it opens tomorrow. News release is going to get sent out to the media. Information will be on the website, posted on social media. We'll share something to our families. Applications will be due by July 24th at 12:00. Okay. You all will have the weekend then to review, and then a special meeting on July 27th. And then you will seat the person there- Okay ... at that meeting. Yeah. And just I want to make sure for the record, on the 27th, I would prefer an in-person meeting for the
06 interviews. Oh, yeah. Okay. Yeah. Basically, the only difference between one in your packet and alternate 1A is just the deadline. That's really the only difference. Everything else kind of stays there. Well, that and it switches from five days to review to three days. That's the difference. Yeah. Those are the two key things. But again, I think I don't see any reason, and we will double-check and get back with you, that we can't send them to you on an ongoing rolling basis.
51 I think that would be helpful. Thank you. Okay. Sorry about that. Can you hear me? Yeah. Now we can. Yeah. So sorry about that, but- It's okay ... something my internet went down. Yeah. So sounds like we're in agreement on the process and timeline, and- Can you summarize that for me? Because I think I missed it. Oh, okay. Do you want someone to make a motion, Jonathan, or is it too early? I think a motion would be good. It would formalize it. And my understanding, and correct me if I'm wrong, is we'll open applications tomorrow,
36 the 13th or 14th, and we're going to go through our regular notification process, which seemed to be effective in the past. We will close at noon on the 24th, and by then, the board members will have the information and all the applications. We'll have the weekend to review. We'll be calling a special board meeting for July 27th, in which we will do interviews and make the appointment and the swearing in. All right. So, I move approval of option alternate A, which has us opening the application period on July 14th, remaining open
23 through noon on July 24th, and with interviews and selection to take place at a special meeting to be held on July 27th. So will we have a motion on the floor from Director Brew? Do we have a second? I second. We have a second by Director Langworthy. Call for the vote. All in favor indicate by saying aye. Aye. Aye. And I believe that's a 4 to 0 decision. So thanks, everyone. Any other parting thoughts or questions? Thank you to our Superintendent Stover for your guidance and suggestions on this. This will-
08 And also, I'd like to thank Mr. Richardson, who put all this together, and his team. Yeah. And then the team who will be going and making sure that it's well-publicized. So I want to thank him, and also I want to thank Marty for getting all this together. There's a lot of steps in getting a board meeting together, so I want to thank both of them in particular. They've done yeoman's work, and I really appreciate their efforts. Yes. Yeah. Thank you. Ditto. Hear, hear. Yep. Okay, so our next regular board meeting is scheduled for August 10th, but it sounds like we'll have a special meeting announced at some point on July 27th. Do we want to maybe try and do that on the earlier side, if it's going to be a long
54 meeting with lots of interviews? Like 6:00. Are you suggesting like 5:30, 6:00? Something like that. 6:00. I'm not sure how, Marty. We want to be sensitive to the fact that some of the people might be working or have childcare situations. But typically, we do start earlier. The last go-around for this, we actually did the interviews, I believe. Didn't we have a regular meeting also? So it went quite long. So this will be a single topic, and that should help- Yeah ... expedite the overall timeframe. Mm-hmm. But yeah. I'd say Marty's pretty good at doing that. Okay. Thank you, everyone. I appreciate you making the time and doing the
39 homework and stuff. It's an exciting time. Yes. So have a great week, and stay healthy. Enjoy the sunshine. Bye-bye. And for anybody going on vacation- What's that? I said for anybody going on vacation, safe travels. Okay. Thank you. All right.
