Member-by-member votes are shown only where the minutes print each member’s vote (Aye/Nay table, from May 2025), or where the minutes record a unanimous count equal to the board members listed as present, with no absence or abstention noted; otherwise the row shows the result as printed and “result per minutes; member votes not yet verified”, marked Unverified. Minutes SUB has posted only as drafts are not used. ↗ opens SUB’s own YouTube recording about 10 seconds before the motion where we found it in the captions (labeled “motion”); without a match it opens the start of the meeting. SUB’s posted video starts in 2022.
